A Professional is an expert, advisor or any other person who provides the aforementioned services through the use of the platform that this website offers.

In this space, the User will be able to find all the information related to the Terms and Conditions that define the relations between the Users and us as responsible for this website. As a User, it is important that you know these Terms before you continue browsing.

Buenestar, as the person responsible for this Website, assumes the commitment to process the information of our Users with full guarantees and to comply with the national and international requirements that regulate the collection and use of the personal data of our users. This website, therefore, strictly complies with the RGPD (REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 on data protection) and the LSSI-CE Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce.

The Professional is solely responsible for the correct and accurate presentation of their skills, titles, qualifications, background and any other information they provide to this website, during the use of the service platform or during direct dealings with the User.

  Our Professionals are independent, they are not employees or representatives of BUENESTAR. BUENESTAR is only limited to serving as an intermediary between the User and the Professional, not being responsible for the suitability or quality of the service provided by the User.

4. PASSWORD AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

At the time of creating a login account on the BUENESTAR website, the User declares the following:

• Be of legal age according to the regulations that govern the User’s place of residence.
• The User agrees to be legally fit to enter into this agreement.
• All the information that the User provides to this platform must be truthful, current and complete.

• The User agrees to pay before each session the value of this according to the rates published on the BUENESTAR website.
• The User will provide information on the Means of Payment and authorizes the BUENESTAR website to make the charges associated with the services provided.

5. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

• BUENESTAR provides therapy services, workshops, classes and tutorials only, it will not diagnose, treat, evaluate, advise, recommend a treatment that involves medical care.
• BUENESTAR Professionals do not prescribe medications and/or medical treatments through BUENESTAR.

6. GUIDELINES

• The User accepts that this website and its platform will not be responsible for the quality and suitability of the advice provided by the Professional or if it does not obtain the desired or promised results.

• The User accepts that the counseling sessions provided by the Professional will have duration and cost according to prices published on the BUENESTAR website.
• The User agrees to pay in advance for the services provided by BUENESTAR as scheduled between the User and the Professional, according to the availability of each one. The user will be notified to the email registered in the login account, about any change in the scheduled counseling session. The user and the Professional will reschedule the new session according to the availability of each one.
• The User accepts that they can only cancel a scheduled session with a maximum of 12 hours in advance. Any cancellation must be made by email to the email address of the Professional in charge with a copy to support@buenestargroup.com and the session will be rescheduled in agreement with the professional. Cancellation that does not comply with these rules will be charged.
• The User understands, accepts and acknowledges that BUENESTAR may not be the right solution for all their needs and may not be appropriate for each particular situation and/or may not be a substitute for a personal evaluation and/or care for each particular situation.

7. SCHEDULES, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION

• The sessions provided by the BUENESTAR Professionals last 50 minutes.
• The cost of therapy sessions, workshops, consultancies and virtual tutorials in BUENESTAR can be consulted in the services section of the platform. The prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of the content), at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

• If for any reason the Professional must cancel the session, they are obliged to reschedule it at a time that suits the user. The cancellation must be made by email to the User’s email address and with a copy to support@buenestatrgroup.com.

8. WARNINGS

With regard to Psychology services, the following should be kept in mind: IF THE USER IS CONSIDERING ENDING HIS LIFE (COMMIT SUICIDE), OR IS CONSIDERING HURTING HIMSELF OR OTHERS, OR FEEL THAT ANY OTHER PERSON IS IN DANGER OR HAS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, AND IN GENERAL, IF THE USER IS EXPERIENCING A CRISIS OR EMERGENCY, THE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD INDICATE THE USER THAT THEY SHOULD CONTACT THE EMERGENCY HEALTH SERVICES OF THEIR LOCALITY AND NOTIFY THE RELEVANT PROFESSIONALS, AND THE PROFESSIONAL SHOULD INTERRUPT THE SERVICE PROVIDED THROUGH THIS PLATFORM. BUENESTAR is not geared towards cases of crisis, risk to oneself and/or risk to others and/or emergencies mentioned above. BUENESTAR is not oriented to provide clinical diagnoses required for any evaluation required by administrative or judicial authorities. BUENESTAR and its Professionals do not provide medical care and do not prescribe medications.

10. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

BUENESTAR may occasionally present typographical errors, inaccuracies or related omissions in product descriptions, prices and availability of these. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to modify or update information at any time without notice.

11. COMMITMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

21. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
